That means our first step is to discuss individual requirements in detail – find out exactly what housing specification is required, look at the proposed site and check any restrictions and discuss any customised features. In short, we believe that initial design is a two-way process. 

When a final design has been reached we are able to provide CAD drawings suitable for Planning Permission applications and plans for base work.

This starts with our design team producing CAD drawings, these are sent to our workshops where our experienced fabricating teams cut and assemble the building’s panels, trusses and gables. Prefabrication of the building off-site ensures that we maintain exceptional quality control and keep costs to a minimum. The building sections are then loaded onto lorries and delivered to site where our professional erecting teams will be waiting to unload and start the final phase of the construction process.
